Membership may never be assigned, transferred, or sold to a third party. Membership is a single-user license. You are not authorized to share your login information and any of our Materials with any person. If you do so, both You and the unauthorized viewer are jointly and severally liable for any a-la-carte fees that will be due if there is no Membership discount in place for the unauthorized User.
All members' comments are subject to moderation by the FurryVagina.com and could be edited or deleted without further notice. If a member is deemed to be posting offensive, inflammatory, controversial or otherwise inappropriate comments they will be deleted without further notice and explanation. FurryVagina.com reserves right to disable commenting feature and/or terminate member's account in case of repetative violation of comments policy.
You agree to cooperate with the Publisher in causing any unauthorized use to cease immediately. At any time, if the Publisher provides a service enabling users to share information or communicate with other users, You agree not to publish, disseminate, or submit any defamatory, or illegal material while using the Site or other services included on the Site. You are solely responsible for submitting any material that violates any United States or International laws even if a claim arises after your service is terminated, and by doing so, Your actions shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and the Site shall terminate all of Your rights under this Agreement.
Subscriber agrees not to use VPN, proxy servers, anonymizer and/or any other software or methods that hide their real identity to access the site. Accessing any part of this site using an anonymizer (anonymous proxy server, VPN, anonymizer software) is strictly prohibited. If you are a member of this site it will result in your account being locked and access denied. If you attempt to use an anonymizer you may have no access to this site or partial and/or erroneous data.
The subscribing member acknowledges that their account will be thus terminated due to the misuse and undermining of the Agreement.

Warranties:

The subscribing member fully accepts that FurryVagina.com is not obligated to comment on practise of services, content, and your personal information.
Should a subscribing member lose their password or account details they must immediately inform FurryVagina.com. A failure in adherence to this provision could bare the member's fully liable for any misuse there after.
All subscribing members of FurryVagina.com are granted one private use licence. Any reproduction, duplication, multiplication of content, commercial use of content, submitting content to other websites, file sharing and torrent networks without direct authorisation from FurryVagina.com, is strictly prohibited and any failure to adhere by the user will, in the least, result in subscription cancellation with immediate effect or lead to criminal prosecution.
FurryVagina.com is NOT intended for anyone under the age of jurisdiction in their country. FurryVagina.com does not take any responsibility for the misuse of a subscribing account by under age persons.
Subscription fees are refundable only in case: significant portion of the website does not work or you were not able to access the site more than 48 hours (proof required) if this was caused by FurryVagina.com's fault (proof required).
By agreeing to this Terms and Conditions User Agreement, and by accessing FurryVagina.com for any length of time, the subscribing member and indeed any end-user, clearly states that they are aware of the nature of content processed on FurryVagina.com. FurryVagina.com features adult material NOT for the consumption of anyone under the age of jurisdiction in their country. It is necessary to repeat that FurryVagina.com is NOT responsible for any under age subscription or any damage, consequences of under-age misuse.
Technical Support may NOT be offered if the computer or mobile device system you are using does not meet the sufficient requirements for accessing and using FurryVagina.com. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to take full liability for your system's technical and software side, it is in no way FurryVagina.com's responsibility if your computer or mobile device can not handle the content or web site use of FurryVagina.com.
Payment must be authorised via one of specified payment methods stated on FurryVagina.com for every calendar fee. Subscription fees are billed at consistent intervals in time and it is the subscribing member's responsibility to be fully aware that the financial agreement must be honoured for every paying interval. FurryVagina.com reserves the right to immediately freeze or terminate a subscribing member's account if payment is missed or cannot be made for whatever reason.
By possessing a subscribing member's account you fully agree that you automatically accept any changes made to the Terms & Conditions User Agreement. If at any time, you are not able to honour this Agreement for whatever reason, it is YOUR responsibility to cancel your account with FurryVagina.com. FurryVagina.com does not take any responsibility for consequences on end-users due to a change of the Terms & Conditions User Agreement.
If the end-user violates any regulation specified in this document of this Terms & Conditions User Agreement, they fully agree that FurryVagina.com has the right to cancel subscription with the end-user and could, if necessary, provide user details for the aiding of criminal prosecution.
FurryVagina.com may seek aid in enforcing this arbitration provision from any court of competent jurisdiction.
Because of the uncertain nature of online file sharing, Users who are discovered to have shared, uploaded, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise transferred content acquired from FurryVagina.com via online means without the written consent of FurryVagina.com agree to pay immediate, one time accelerated damages of $15,000, plus all reasonable attorney and collection fees in enforcing these damages.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, changes to these Terms & Conditions do not go into effect until 14 days after the date at the top of this agreement, and those changes are not retroactive.

All trade-marks, brand names, and image logos are registered & non-registered trade-marks of FurryVagina.com. FurryVagina.com does not permit any use, by the end-user or any affiliating body, of any of the trade-marks featured on FurryVagina.com.
